Competitive Dance

Premiere Studio of Dance offers the most award winning and professional competitive dance program in the Peterborough area. The team (PSD Comp Crew), was formed in 2001, attends four competitions annually throughout Ontario and Quebec, and is for students aged 4 years right through to adults! The dancers audition for their desired style of dance in the summer and fall, and take a minimum of 3 classes per week throughout the year.

Competitive dance allows students the chance to work on their skills at a higher, more demanding level of technique and performance. Dancers gain superior performance ability, poise and self-confidence. Not to mention learning many life lessons and building fond memories and friendships along the way! The goal of our competitive team is to always support each other, and give it 100% every performance.
